This excellent “birth and baby care” course is designed for those having their first baby or a subsequent baby. The size of the groups is small to allow for interaction and personalised attention.

The feedback Julie receives from midwives working in hospitals is that they can really see a difference in the couples who come along to these courses, they are confident, they understand, they work as a team, they are easy and comfortable to work with and mostly have very positive birth outcomes.

Our focus is on looking after a little newborn baby during the first 12 weeks in a very positive way. The newborn period in the first 12 weeks at home with a new baby, how to wrap, feed, deal with crying, sleep and settling, involving both mothers and fathers equally.

The program is founded on research from neuroscience, midwifery, obstetrics and epigenetics; and uses the extensive understanding of the relaxation response and its influence on birth.
