Calm Mindful Birth
The New Mindful Birth Course by Julie explains the belief that woman can experience birth through the natural flow and rhythm of their labouring body; to release birthing over to their mind and body and to trust their body to function as it was intended to.
This course is a wonderful “grandparent” friendly course. We will look at how and why things have changed throughout the generations, a bit of a fascinating history lesson on maternity, some amusing facts and many of the ironies.
Doula Training
Would you like to train as a Doula quickly and easily in a very kind and supportive atmosphere? Doulas are trained by Julie to provide emotional, physical and informational support during pregnancy, labour, birth and immediate postpartum.
