The Rose Experience: is a "transformational" relaxation visualisation, to guide the pregnant woman through a concept of changing from being a "woman" to "mother" using subtle visualisation, during the relaxation exercise, towards the end, the visualisation introduces the concept of all the beautiful roses on the bush and this represents the "Sisterhood of Motherhood" which is a new or different way that women will often relate to each other after having a baby; in a non-competitive way with a supportive feeling towards each other.

Labour Preparation: is a practice session using slow deep breathing in order to prepare for the labour and birth

Giving Birth:   is a relaxation visualisation designed to help women imagine the birthing process in an empowering way, non threatening.
