Julie Clarke is a fully qualified registered calmbirth® practitioner.

calmbirth® imparts the knowledge of birth preparation techniques such as relaxation, visualisation, breathing, positive imagery, attitudes/expectancy to achieve a rewarding easier, more comfortable stress-free birthing experience.

You can choose between attending weekend courses; either 2xSaturdays or 2xSundays, or occasionally a special whole weekend course is made available. The calmbirth® course is usually commenced at about 24 to 34 weeks of pregnancy, allowing plenty of time for practise of the techniques during the final weeks before birth.  

To secure your position in the course, for you and your partner, pre-booking and pre-payment is required, unless by special arrangement.

After you've booked an email will come to you within 20 minutes with the registration form to complete your details, quickly and conveniently, then Julie will post out as well as email to confirm your place in the course.
