The Two Saturdays Course on Birth and Baby Care covers the final three months of pregnancy, labour stages, what to reasonably expect during labour, and caring for your new baby in the first months.

The calmbirth Course imparts the knowledge of relaxation, visualisation, calm breathing, positive imagery, attitudes/expectancy to achieve a rewarding easier, more comfortable birthing experience. 

The combination of these two courses is an excellent way to prepare without doubling up on information as each course is unique, yet complementary to the other.
