This very popular course gives you the information you need to help you make your own choices. It signposts the way through the final three months of pregnancy, labour, birth and the first few weeks after the baby is born. It teaches preparation for labour and birth, relaxation breathing, positioning, and includes a special focus on skills and techniques for keeping birth normal and avoiding unnecessary intervention. Covers all aspects of newborn care for parents during the first 12 weeks at home with the new baby.

The course is suitable from 20 weeks. It is run over six sessions, one evening a week. Classes commence at 7pm. This course is superior to and replaces hospital pre-natal classes. Groups are small, friendly and personal. Groups have access to Julie's extensive library of great DVD's and books, to borrow and take home to gain far more from the course than in class time... no hospital pre-natal courses in Sydney offers such a library service. for more info on this course click here...
