Jeff and I found the ‘Transition into Parenthood’ classes invaluable for resolving many questions and anxieties about birthing and parenting. We were able to feel more positive about natural birthing and we strongly feel that the preparation we undertook helped us to achieve our goal of a home birth. The other "breathing and relaxation" classes also allowed me to release fears my surrounding labour and becoming a parent whilst enabling me to welcome and embrace my labour.
